Hayley Primm -Executive Director/Cofounder
Hayley manages our care package, financial assistance & bereavement aftercare programs.
Hayley has been a licensed funeral director for 5 years and manages our miscarriage cremations & provides funeral consultations.
Hayley lost her little girl, Kyra Laney to SIDS at 7 weeks old and experienced a miscarriage just shortly after in 2020.
Arryn George - Cofounder
Arryn manages our bereavement support services, she coordinates our support groups and provides direct support to our families in need.
Arryn has experienced two ectopic pregnancies resulting in the rupture of her fallopian tube, and two miscarriages including the loss of her 14 week gestation son, Londynn George in 2019.
Kate Auten - President
Kate manages all of our monthly meetings as well as raises awareness about infertility & early loss by sharing about her experience of her miscarriage that took place in 2022.
Mackenzie Hemje - Vice President
Mackenzie is a dedicated Family Physician with a passion for compassionate care. He and his wife, Jillian Hemje, are proud parents of three wonderful boys—Pierce (7), Baker (5), and Kellen (3). An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys spending time in nature with his family. In 2016, he and Jillian experienced the devastating loss of their twin daughters due to prematurity, which has given him a deep connection to our mission. We are grateful to have his insights and experience as part of our team.
Emily Emal - Treasurer
Emily Emal has joined our team as treasurer. Emily has a passion for what we do after the loss of her precious niece, Paisleigh in 2023. Emily and her husband Darren have 2 kiddos & she is Vice President at 5 Points Bank. Emily assists with all financial and budget management and we are so excited to utilize her insight and experience to maximize our fundraising potential
Kristin Sanger - Gala Coordinator
Kristin coordinates our Gala & Silent Auction Fundraiser as well as help market our ongoing bereavement care services.
Stephanie Rowbal - Remembrance 5k Coordinator
Steph coordinates our annual 5k Remembrance Run to help provide fundraising as well as community awareness and support.
Katelyn Honas - Director
Katelyn Honas coordinates our support groups and outreach for grieving families. She is passionate about providing resources and a compassionate community for families experiencing loss.
Katelyn's journey began with the loss of her daughter, Lily Marie, who was born sleeping on October 28, 2023, due to a rare genetic condition called Triploidy. Her personal experience drives her dedication to helping others navigate the challenges of infertility, pregnancy, and infant loss.
